A Clesana installation works best when the toilet, electrical supply and available space are considered together. As a Clesana-approved UK dealer and installer, we can review your setup before you commit and recommend the right product, accessories and installation route.

What to tell us
- Vehicle type, make, model and year
- Your current toilet make and model, if known
- Whether you are considering the fixed Clesana C1, portable X1 or X1 ProCharge
- Your approximate location and preferred installation timeframe
- Any existing 12 V leisure-battery or electrical information you know
- Anything unusual about the washroom, floor, service hatch or access
Photos that help us assess the installation
After submitting the form, email your photos to support@clesanacentreuk.com with the subject Clesana installation check and include the same name and email address used on the form.
- A wide photo of the complete washroom or toilet area
- Front, side and top views of the existing toilet
- The toilet base, surrounding floor and nearby wall clearances
- The external service hatch or cassette compartment, where applicable
- The leisure battery, fuse board or relevant 12 V supply area, if safely accessible
- The route into the vehicle if doors, steps or furniture may restrict access
Please do not remove electrical covers or dismantle equipment for a photograph. Avoid sending faces, registration documents or other unnecessary personal information.
What happens next
- Initial review: we check the information and identify any obvious fitment questions.
- Recommendation: we explain which Clesana model and accessories appear suitable and whether further measurements are needed.
- Quote and booking: where professional installation is appropriate, we provide a clear quotation and agree the work before anything is booked.
Why use an approved Clesana installer?
The Clesana C1 is a specialist product, not a simple like-for-like cassette-toilet swap. Correct planning helps protect the product, the vehicle and the manufacturer's warranty. An approved-centre assessment gives you product-specific advice, installation in line with Clesana documentation, access to genuine consumables and a UK contact for service and warranty support.
The portable X1 usually needs no fixed plumbing installation, but we can still help with model choice, charging, power options and suitable placement.
